Procedures and Practices Group
The aim of the Procedures and Practices Group is to oversee
the CC’s conduct of inquiries in order to promote efficient
and best practice and, to the appropriate extent, ensure
consistent practice across inquiries.
The P&P Group:

oversees the post-inquiry review process, collecting together
the various forms of feedback case by case and drawing appropriate
lessons;

proposes possible amendments to CC external and internal
procedural guidance; and
-
oversees the way inquiries are resourced and managed.
The Group includes the Chairman, Deputy Chairmen, Chief
Executive, three CC members, two Inquiry Directors and the
Chief Legal Adviser.
