Remedies Standing Group
The Remedies Standing Group carries out a number of functions
on behalf of the CC in relation to remedies. These include:
- adopting interim undertakings from the OFT in relation
to merger investigations;
- enforcing undertakings and orders;
- varying or releasing undertakings; and
- overseeing the implementation of undertakings and orders
in relation to divestiture.
The Remedies Standing Group is led by the Chief Business
Adviser and Head of Remedies.
